My 3-Month Health & Fitness Enrichment Program is designed for active or not so active seniors who want to move better, feel stronger, and live with more confidence.
You’ll get access to my coaching app to track your movement, meals, habits, and progress — all at your pace.
We’ll meet 2 to 3 times per week 1-on-1, in-person or livestream sessions. This is where I will guide you through safe, effective exercises that focus on balance, joint health, posture, and strength.
You’ll also receive simple, senior-friendly menus and recipes tailored to your needs.
